Synergic.APIs

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Synergic APIs ("we", "us") is a small software business established in Spain that operates the API platform available at synergicapis.com and its associated gateway (the "Service"). Contact: support@synergicapis.com.

2. The Service

The Service provides programmatic access, via API keys, to cleaned and restructured public-domain datasets published by United States government agencies (the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and U.S. Treasury Fiscal Data). We are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, those agencies. Your subscription pays for the service layer — ingestion, verification, computation, uptime and support — not for the underlying data, which is public domain.

3. Accounts and API keys

An API key is issued per email address. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential; requests made with your key count against your quota. If a key is compromised, contact us and we will rotate it.

4. Plans, quotas and billing

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal (link in your Stripe receipt emails). Your key keeps working until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made after cancellation. Except where required by applicable consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

7. Service level and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". The free tier and all plans are currently offered on a best-effort basis without a contractual SLA; we operate health checks and freshness monitoring but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Data is served as published by the official sources; missing official values are served as null and are never estimated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to the Service or these terms

We may update the Service and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be announced on this page (and by email to paying subscribers) with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the provider's registered domicile in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you the courts of your own residence.
