Billing FAQ
What happens when I hit my monthly cap?
Requests over the cap return HTTP 429 (QUOTA_EXCEEDED) with reset
timing in the headers. Nothing is billed on top — there is no overage, ever. Upgrade or wait
for the 1st of the month (UTC).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Stripe and can be cancelled at any moment; your key keeps working until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. If you'd prefer an annual plan with a discount, tell us at support@synergicapis.com — real demand decides what we build next.
How do upgrades work?
Subscribe to the bigger plan and your new key arrives with the higher quota; cancel the old one from the Stripe portal. If anything looks off, email us and we'll sort it out.
Is the free tier really usable?
500 requests/month with responses that cache well (ETag → 304)
covers a dashboard that refreshes on release days with room to spare — and commercial use is
allowed on every plan, free included.
